About Us

Creative Programs and Systems was founded in 1994 under the belief that the computer industry was lacking in customer service. With much success CPS incorporated in 2002 under the name Creative Programs and Systems, Inc.

The owner and president Kevin Germain has been working professionally in the computer field for over 18 years. Kevin, a software engineer by nature, is pursuing his Microsoft Certification in Network Administration and his master's degree in computer science. He contributes to the community through the Brighton Jaycees, as a Rotarian, the Chamber of Commerce and through contributions to local charities.

Creative Programs and Systems, Inc. is dedicated to providing the most professional and accurate service you can find. We cherish Livingston County and contribute as much as possible to events and programs in the area. CPS not only can help you, but we also help the community.
